We require the following documentation and medical results:

Infection parameters
• HBs-antigen (hepatitis B)
• Anti-HBc-Ab (IgG) (hepatitis B) antibodies
• Anti-HCV-Ab (Hepatitis C) antibodies
• Anti-HIV 1, 2 antibodies

Further results:
• Blood type + rhesus factor

Hormones:
• Estradiol (E2)
• Progesterone
• Free testosterone
• DHEAS
• Prolactin
• LH
• FSH
• TSH
[Please let us know, whether you take any medicaton (e.g. contraceptive pill) and inform us on the day of your menstrual cycle on which the blood sample was taken.]

Please note:
Infectious disease screening should not be longer ago than 3 months. All details regarding the findings will be explained at the initial consultation.
